A&B Sections Neighborhood Utility Improvements

The City’s A&B Sections Neighborhood Utility Improvement Project generally consists of the replacement and repairs of portions of water and sewer mains, replacement of sewer manhole covers, installation of new sewer manholes, asphalt concrete (AC) trench paving, AC paving, traffic striping and pavement markings, concrete gutter repairs, and retrofits of existing pedestrian sidewalk access ramps in the “A” & “B” neighborhood section of the City. The sewer work includes the repair of sewer main pipes and lower sewer service lateral repairs via cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) technique as well as open trench technique. The water work includes replacement of a portion of water main via open trench and will include new water services, water valves and fire hydrants.
