Who We Are
Alpha CM, Inc. was established in 2021. We provide construction management (CM) and inspection services exclusively to Northern California cities, counties, and special districts. Our outstanding staff understands the procedures, intricacies, and protocols of public infrastructure construction. Alpha CM is eager, ready, and able to assist public agencies from project inception through completion.

Our mission is the successful delivery of community and environmental enhancement projects while providing a rewarding and satisfying workplace for our staff. We understand that in order to be the best provider of CM and inspection services it is paramount to attract and retain the highest caliber talent. Our Principals
Alpha CM’s executive management team of Dave Latona, Brian Danley, and Norman Akana bring a wealth of knowledge and experience delivering a diverse array of public infrastructure projects in northern California on city, county, special district, and state projects. From project conception through completion, they have the skills to assist agencies in meeting the infrastructure needs of their communities. Specialties include water & wastewater, transportation & transit, community development, parks &sports facilities, and environmental restoration projects.
